Every lesson in the Institute cites its sources and carries a "Last reviewed" date, but mistakes still happen: a figure can be misremembered, a source can be superseded, a date can be wrong. If you find one, please tell us.

We read every report. If a correction changes a substantive fact, we update the lesson, update its "Last reviewed" date, and note the change below. We do not quietly edit history: a material correction is logged here, not deleted without a trace.
No corrections have been logged yet. When a report leads to a substantive change, it will be listed here with the date, the lesson affected, and a short description of the fix.
This is not a place to dispute grading on a checkpoint or examination, which are self scored study aids, not assessments of you. It is specifically for factual errors in lesson content: a wrong date, a misstated figure, a broken or outdated source link, or a claim that has since been superseded.
